By using am.care you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to use this platform.

2. Services

am.care provides technology for:

Online appointment scheduling
Secure patient-provider messaging
Electronic health records
Insurance billing
Telehealth video consultations

3. Not a Medical Provider

IMPORTANT: am.care is a technology platform, NOT a medical provider. am.care does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In emergencies, call 911.

4. Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. am.care does not store credit card numbers.

6. Limitation of Liability

am.care is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
